Overview

The context

Choosing a vehicle involves many criteria, comparisons and changes of mind over time.

The objective

Support comparison and decision without forcing people to memorise information across screens.

The approach

Design search as a progressive conversation, with understandable filters and direct comparison.

The Challenge

There were too many results and too few criteria: the interface showed everything but helped with nothing.
