The context

B2B teams work with many indicators, but rarely with a shared reading of what matters most.

The objective

Move from a metrics panel to a decision-making tool.

The approach

Define information hierarchies per profile and connect every indicator to a possible action.

The Challenge

The product showed everything with the same weight, forcing every user to build their own interpretation.
