Why complex products need simpler journeys
Domain complexity does not require complex interfaces. What changes is where the complexity gets resolved: in the product, or in the user's head.

What is the problem?
Products with dense business rules — banking, insurance, B2B platforms, configurators — tend to expose that density straight on screen. Every exception earns a field, every rule earns a warning, and the journey grows by accumulation rather than design.
